Our women's wellness retreat in Sedona, AZ is a one-of-a-kind extended weekend experience designed to enhance and deepen your overall well-being: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Located in the sacred lands of Sedona, this retreat offers an opportunity for you to connect with yourself and nature, surrounded by stunning red rocks and a peaceful desert landscape.

This all-inclusive experience includes airport transportation, all meals, accommodations, excursions, and events throughout the weekend. We have carefully curated a schedule of activities and workshops to help you unwind, relax, and find balance. From yoga and meditation to sound healing and hiking, our program has something for everyone.

Our women's wellness retreat in Sedona is the perfect opportunity to take a break from your daily routine and invest in your well-being. I can't emphasize enough the impact of connecting with like-minded women in an intentional and fun retreat environment. Our retreat guests leave with a renewed connection with themselves, a great sense of community within our retreat group, new boundaries and priorities for self-care and wellness routine, and memories to last a lifetime.

Frequently Asked Questions:

  • How large is the retreat group? Right now we have a total of 6 guests + two retreat facilitators. We value and prioritize small retreat groups for an intentional connection!

  • How do I figure out transportation? You'll be flying into Phoenix Airport by 1pm on Thursday, May 7th, and then fly out of Phoenix again on Sunday afternoon no earlier than 5pm. Everything else is taken care of! We'll pick you up at the airport and we have transportation ready for you throughout the entire weekend.

  • Are there payment plans? Yes, we offer flexible payment plans! You'll reserve your retreat spot with a $1000 deposit, then we'll split up the remainder over a 3 month payment plan. We can also set up a custom payment plan for you.

  • Do I have to do yoga and hike? Our retreat experiences are intentionally crafted to help you deepen your connection to your body and mind. Challenging yourself and getting out of your comfort zone help us broaden our horizons, strengthen our belief in ourselves, and move our bodies in a healthful way!

  • What type of food will we be eating? We embrace plant-based eating throughout the retreat weekend to help you "try on" a weekend of nutritious AND delicious eating. This is another way to expand your boundaries and get out of your comfort zone! Improving your nutrition habits means trying new things, and you'll be surprised to find how much you might like it. I'm here to help inspire your connection to food so you leave feeling excited about your eating plan after this retreat weekend!

How do your payment options work? To reserve your spot for a retreat, you’ll first place your deposit of $750. You have the option to pay in full and receive a bonus 1:1 session with Kathrine or Desiree (your choice), or you can pay with a monthly payment plan. On the checkout page when placing your deposit, there is a short survey for you to indicate if you prefer to pay in full or a monthly payment plan. Once you place your deposit, we will be in touch with you to set up the remainder of your payment.
